Our event this week features a tasty combination of food items. With our Seasonal Fruit Display and Gourmet Breads and Spreads, clients were able to enjoy the juicy, fresh fruit as well as the Traditional Hummus and our Spinach, Artichoke, and Water Chestnut Spread. As they moved over to the main course buffet, there were Twice Baked New Potatoes, Mini Buttermilk Fried Chicken Medallions, and Grilled Flat Breads. This menu selection was delicious, with the Fried Chicken Medallions having a Sweet Potato Biscuit and topped with a Red Pepper Jelly. One of the Flat Bread options included Goat Cheese, Poached Pears, Walnuts, Arugula, and was topped with a Rosemary Caramel Sauce.
