What a Great (Gatsby) event! This fundraiser featured a silent auction with a prohibition twist. The guests enjoyed our Chicken Salad on a Ginger Snap, Ahi Tuna on a Wonton Cracker, and Mini Beef Wellington during cocktail hour. Once our clients were ready to eat, they piled their plates with our Classic Salad, Mediterranean Chicken Breast, Sliced Bistro Beef Tender, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans, and Farfalle with Grilled Vegetables. For dessert, we had our Caramelized Apple Bread Pudding topped with a Bourbon Sauce.
