Andrew has worked a variety of positions from prestigious hotels to breakfast and lunch counters, but in all his positions the one thing that remains the same is the commitment to quality in guest satisfaction.
He is especially grateful for the years he’s worked alongside Chris Archer, Talk of the Town’s previous owner, who still remains closely involved in the company today.
Andrew truly enjoys both the challenges and rewards of off-site catering. It allows him and the entire Talk of the Town team to work in new and interesting locations and bring clients and their guests an original and truly customized event each and every time.
When it comes to cuisine, Andrew’s philosophy in food is simple – use the best quality ingredients available, use the proper cooking techniques, and season the food accurately. This way, each menu item is fresh and has been created with a dedication to its delicious outcome.
