This event featured some of our favorites. For starters, guests enjoyed Mini Beef Wellingtons, Mac and Cheese Fritters, and Mini Chicken Pot Pies with Jicama Slaw. On the buffet, we had Chicken Piccata Skewers, our Signature Shrimp Cocktail, Pasta Caesar Salad, a Bruschetta Bar, and Devilled Eggs with Pancetta. To top the event off, there were Mini Assorted Desserts and an outdoor bar!
