We honored seafood’s biggest fan, gave back to the city, and even landed a Best of Georgia nomination, while we were at it.

Employee Cookout:
Cool Vibes + Sundaes

Our annual employee cookout brought the whole TOTT family together—plus friends, cornhole, and some serious Ping-Pong showdowns.

The star of the show? Chef Ryan’s ice cream cart, serving custom sundaes on wheels like a dessert food truck fantasy.

We also kicked off the school season with a backpack & supply giveaway organized by our GM, Robert—keeping our team prepped beyond the kitchen.

Employee of the Month:
Bob Garrett

With 16 years on the TOTT roster, Bob Garrett is our most experienced and most-requested captain—and now, our Employee of the Month. Known for his calm demeanor and total command of any event, Bob makes clients feel like everything’s under control…because it is.Bob’s top picks from our menu? Too many to choose, but he gave a shoutout to

Community Clean-Up
with Keep Smyrna Beautiful

We got our hands dirty (and a little bug-bitten) at Hawthorne Adult Education Center’s Community Garden, helping tame overgrown veggie beds with Keep Smyrna Beautiful.

With shovels, gloves, and a lot of sweat, we filled eight yard bags with weeds and refreshed mulch across the garden. A little teamwork and a lot of mosquito spray made for a meaningful morning.
