Chris Archer

Chris ArcherChris Archer has a degree in Event Management from Georgia Southern College and took the helm as owner of Talk of the Town Catering and Special Events in 1997. Chris now enjoys getting to use his wealth of catering expertise to help clients create their perfect events as Venue Relationship Manager, as Talk of the Town’s ownership transitioned to Executive Chef Andrew Brackner in 2015.

Chris’ favorite Talk of the Town menu items are Salmon Pastrami on Crispy Latke with Onion and Caper Gremolata and Potato Wrapped Salmon Filet with Mustard and Beurre Blanc.
