Tabatha Saldaña has been with Talk of the Town for about three years. When Chris Archer decided it was time to create a Staffing Manager position, he knew she’d be perfect for the role!
With a strong commitment to detail, Tabatha and the entire Talk of the Town event staff work tirelessly to create perfect catered events.
When we asked Tabatha what she thinks are the most important factors in planning a perfect party. She’s quick to say that, of course, the right staff is critical. Luckily, she feels that the entire Talk of the Town team is incredibly dedicated to client satisfaction and the details that make each event great!
But, Tabatha also points out how important menu selection is to an event. She is thrilled when the client is happy because each factor of planning has run smoothly. Chris Archer says, “Tabatha really knows how to create the right staffing flow for a party. Our clients have every reason to expect excellence from our staff, especially with Tabatha’s organizational and event skills!”
Tabatha was new to Talk of the Town when she worked a 200 guest wedding and felt that the rest of the staff took her under their wing and made her feel successful. Now, she returns the favor to each of staff members she manages – offering them encouragement and direction, while still making sure the client is thrilled.
Tabatha feels that Talk of the Town is second family to her! She and her husband, Luke, have a baby daughter, Aubrey and a brand new home!
