Our event with The Atlanta Magazine Whiskey Festival was a fantastic success! With several different stations showcasing culinary delights, attendees were treated to a feast for the senses. The fried green tomato biscuits with pimento cheese and arugula offered a delightful combination of flavors, while the whiskey and coke pork belly station with collard greens and fried onions provided a savory and indulgent option. The fried chicken medallions with caramelized onion mashed potatoes were a crowd favorite, and the black-eyed pea hummus with pita added a unique twist to traditional appetizers. The honey bourbon shrimp with jambalaya risotto was a tantalizing dish that satisfied seafood lovers, and the Italian vegetable tarts with oven-roasted vegetables, roasted pine nuts, goat cheese, and fresh basil showcased the versatility of vegetarian cuisine.
