Sometimes the best way for you to learn about all the wonderful ways we at Talk of the Town take care of our wedding catering clients is to hear it in their own words. Our Susan Mullaney recently received this lovely letter from a mother of the bride. Like our events, it speaks for itself!

We wanted to thank you and your staff for the perfect catering for the wedding last weekend. From the initial email to the departure of your fine staff last Saturday night, working with TOTT was a pleasure. You were a joy and so easy to work with from our initial emails, to your on-site visit, to the finalized menu and all of the in-between. Your menu offered so many choices that it made it difficult to choose. However, our choices were just right. The food was amazing. It was cooked to perfection and presented beautifully. The professionalism of the entire staff exceeded our expectations. The service was impeccable. 

Forgive us but we don’t remember the names of all of your staff. It was a crazy day. However, from the arrival of your staff, throughout the service of the numerous courses, to clean-up and their departure, we could not have asked for a more perfect crew. Marcus was an awesome bartender. During dinner, he made sure no one finished their drink. He made the rounds and remembered what everyone had to drink. The servers were always smiling. The chefs were attentive to every detail.

We were unable to tip any of the staff because my husband and I took the bride and groom to their honeymoon suite while the staff cleaned up. They were already gone when we returned. How may we take care of tipping the staff? We would also like the first names of the staff so that we may personally address thank you’s to each of them. We will certainly recommend TOTT in the future. You are welcome to use us as a reference. You will be our first choice in the future for any event needing catering.
