Join us for a festive sneak peek at a wedding we catered at Venue 92! This event featured fall-themed decor, drinks, and treats. The passed items complemented each other perfectly and the buffet left the guests feeling stuffed–but this didn’t stop them from hitting the dance floor! Our passed items are all uniquely crafted to create an explosion of flavors. The Ahi Tuna on a Wonton Cracker is drizzled with sweet chili sauce and tamarind aioli and topped with seaweed salad. Our Scallop Ceviche is served on a gluten-free tortilla shell and topped with an avocado mousse. Tomato skewers are the perfect blend of tomato and mozzarella with a sprinkle of smoked salt. Laid on fried rice noodles, our teriyaki shrimp has so much flavor and is topped with scallions and sesame seeds.
