The Foundation Room at Gate City Headquarters is a standout space that blends character, flexibility, and style making it perfect for events that want to feel both elevated and effortless. Large garage doors open directly onto a brick-laid patio, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor flow. The parking lot space offers plenty of room to expand outside for fun, festival-style events.
With space for up to 400 guests standing or 200 seated, the venue works beautifully for everything from high-energy parties to weddings and polished corporate gatherings. Thoughtful extras like a private bridal suite and a separate side room, ideal for breakout sessions, board meetings, or a laid-back wedding party hangout, add versatility and ease. Oak Street Venue is designed to host events that feel intentional, vibrant, and anything but ordinary.

Gate City will set up any furniture owned by Gate City required for the event. Client will incur a set up rate starting at $250 for any furniture needed for 50 guests or below, $350 for 50-100 guests and $500 for 100-200 guests.

What to Know:
- An 18% service fee will be added to all rentals to cover tax, admin fees and venue maintenance
- A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking to secure the event date
- Final payment, event details and final guest count are due 30 days prior to the event
- Cancellations made less than 120 days prior to the event forfeit your deposit
- An additional 3.3% processing fee will be added to all credit card charges Gratuity is not included and at your discretion
- Additional event hours can be added for $500 per hour
- Additional set up hours can be added for $200 per hour
- No glitter, confetti or feathers as part of your décor
- Trash cans and liners are included in all our spaces
- All our rooms are climate controlled
- Outside Catering is allowed with a buyout fee of 15% of the food and beverage total from your catering bill
