Many people don’t get to meet some of our most treasured and valuable staff members who work behind the scenes to ensure that the cuisine you enjoy is prepared and presented perfectly.
Meet Carmen Munoz Gonzalez, a garde manager chef with Talk of the Town. Carmen has been with us for ten years and has diligently worked her way up the ranks in our culinary team to this very important role. When your guests delight in a beautiful Talk of the Town platter, chances are Carmen’s eye for detail and design have been hard at work!
Chef Andrew Brackner trusts Carmen to not only create our incredible platter presentations, but she’s also responsible for cold food preparations – everything from innovative and delicious salads to cheese and fruit displays and so much more. Chef Andrew says of Carmen, “Her dedication to quality and eye for detail simply set her apart.” He says he’s “always amazed” at her carving abilities, which means you and your guests will receive custom-created displays.
