But, what happens when we are asked to cater an event where all of the guests are in the catering business? We get just as excited, roll up our sleeves, and deliver the same enthusiasm and commitment to the finest food and service we can offer!
Talk of the Town was proud to be chosen as the caterer for the August 2011 Georgia NACE Meeting. It was truly an elegant event. The theme of this meeting was “The Making of a NACE Event.” Talk of the Town’s Chris Archer was on the panel of experts explaining all the details of what goes into large events, including logistics between all vendors, deciding on a menu, etc. The menu that Talk of the Town created for this meeting featured some of our very own favorite Action Stations – Asian Taco, Jerk Pork Tenderloin with Vanilla-Scented Sweet Potatoes, and Apple and Goat Cheese Raviolis. We also created a custom Antipasto Station , which included a variety of olives, marinated vegetables, cheeses, and smoked salmon.
The reviews were heartwarming for our entire team. Not only were we thrilled to be part of such a great event, but we looked at each attendee as a truly informed judge of our catering expertise. When we can please even the most knowledgeable guests, we know that all of our clients are getting the best! This makes us very proud and grateful.
