Talk of the Town, the exclusive caterer at the Chimneys at Big Canoe, provided an incredibly delicious and chef-created menu that incorporated a perfect blend of items from two of our wedding catering menus – Heavy Hors d’Oeuvres and Great South BBQ – that was the ideal fit for this elegantly rustic affair including:
- Butler-Passed White Cheddar, Praline Pecan and Fig Tartlets
- Competition Pulled Pork
- Our Famous Bone-In Chicken
- Steamed Green Beans with Walnuts and Roasted Red Peppers
- Homemade Mac & Cheese
