Combining our love of all things local, fresh and Atlanta, we were thrilled to be part of Harvest on the ‘Hooch!  This event paired local chefs using items harvested from the Unity Garden (along with other pre-selected ingredients) to create original and delicious bite-sized wholesome tapas-style tastings. Chef Andrew and the Talk of the Town Culinary team created a delectable Seared Georgia Quail Breast over Spicy Farm Greens with Corn Rosemary Vinaigrette.

The Chattahoochee Nature Center’s Unity Garden serves to provide fresh fruits and vegetables to North Fulton Community Charities Food Pantry and educates visitors and the community at-large about the importance of farm-to-table eating. The Chattahoochee Nature Center is the southeast’s oldest and largest private non-profit environmental learning center with over 127 acres of woodlands and wetlands along with Chattahoochee River. It boasts over 132,000 visitors pear year and has ongoing programs about animal and natural plant life.
