We were thrilled to cater the Herradura Barrel Art Event at Mason Murer and turn it into an amazing and tasty party!
Tequila Herradura has been challenging 80 artists in cities all around America to transform their barrels into works of art! The winner will receive $10,000 at the final competition in Miami this December.
For the Atlanta party we went Herradura crazy and created every single menu item with this delicious tequila, which has been around since 1870!
Our menu included:
Tequila Ceviche Bar
with shrimp, scallops, roasted corn, peppers, avocado and garnish
Tequila-Braised Chicken Tacos
In flour tortilla wit pineapple salsa, cabbage and tequila lime cream
with crackers, cucumber dill sauce, eggs, capers and chives
Tequila and Queso Fondue
with fried artichokes
Green Papaya and Grapefruit Salad
over baby greens with toasted macadamia nuts and cilantro tequila vinaigrette
served with tequila orange marmalade
