We welcome Joe Boillat to the Talk of the The Town team as our Warehouse Manager! Joe’s job is to make sure that when we present you with our catering services – here in Atlanta or elsewhere in North Georgia – that our equipment is ready, your dishes are spotless and your glassware is in one piece!
Of course there is much more to this job, which is why we are proud to have Joe here to serve you! He has a depth of experience going back more than 20 years in the restaurant and catering businesses and he knows how make your event fantastic! When the truck leaves Talk of the Town headed for your catered wedding, corporate event or other special occasion, Joe has been part of your party before it even begins!
We asked Joe what his advice is to catering clients and he was quick to say, “It’s important to think through the details with your team. Trust the professionals to work with you on event flow, timing and on the right selection of flatware, linens, and decor. These details make events memorable and will impress your guests.”

Joe originally hails from Rochester, New York, but has been in Atlanta for 23 years. He relaxes by camping and fishing and loves socializing and meeting new people.
