Meet Trey Gunning, who has been with Talk of the Town for almost a year and has so impressed us with his culinary skills that he’s been named our chef de cuisine!

trey_gunningTrey is inspired by the innovative and vast menu selections that are offered at Talk of the Town and appreciates the details we put into our seasonal menus like the fruit- and herb-infused Hydration Stations that “create an elegant and inexpensive touch to a hot summer event.”

When asked what makes an event truly special, Trey says:

It’s so important that the event seems effortless which comes from the kitchen and service staff working seamlessly together. The cuisine needs to exceed the clients’ expectations and the staff needs to go above and beyond to make the guests happy. This comes from being prepared and ready for anything.

When he’s not creating culinary masterpieces with the Talk of the Town team, Trey enjoys the great outdoors by traveling, scuba diving, sky diving, spear fishing and also plays chess.  He’s traveled to Central and South America, speaks Spanish and grows and cooks from his own garden.
