Ashlyn Archer, daughter of long-time Talk of the town owner, Chris Archer and Roswell Founders Hall manager, Tracy Archer, was married in May to Parker Alford. Parker and Ashlyn had both worked for Talk of the Town and Roswell Founders Hall, so it was a family affair for all of us, indeed!

Since the bride, her parents, and the groom had seen countless gorgeous weddings catered by Talk of the Town over the past 20 years, it was no doubt going to be one perfect affair!

The menu included Ashlyn and Parker’s favorites from Talk of the Town’s array of wedding catering items, including:

Roswell Founders Hall provided the most amazing setting for the couple and their guests as they shared loving vows and a celebration that brought warmth to everyone’s hearts – even the entire event staff!

Of course, it was a truly bittersweet event for Tracy and Chris Archer, as Ashlyn and Parker left soon after the wedding for the West Coast, where he has begun his naval career.

This would be one of the last events that Chris would cater as owner of Talk of the Town. He sold the company in June to long-time executive chef, Andrew Brackner.  Chris remains our director sales.
