Our culinary team at Talk of the Town spends hours each day creating the perfect menu items and combinations, ordering the finest ingredients, visiting local organic farms and then it comes time to prepare your personalized catered event.

Whether it’s a wedding, corporate event or holiday party we are catering for you, it’s all hands on deck and our team, led by Chef Andrew, would not be complete without the culinary skills and dedication of our two awesome sous chefs – Alex Mundy and Cory Swords!

Alex Mundy says what drives his commitment to our work are “the smiling faces on event guests and hearing the positive comments of clients.” He feels that the whole Talk of the Town Team maintains a high level of professionalism that elevates every event.

As a Sous Chef, he sees nearly every single menu item we prepare and says his favorite is the “Seared Tuna on Fried Wonton with Tamarind Aioli and Sweet Chili Sauce or our Steak with Horseradish Cream followed by Peach Cobbler.”




Cory Swords works alongside Alex and he likes to focus on the flow of the event and its preparations. The start to finish process is “hard work” but it’s a chance to work together to be creative and successful.  He feels his team members at Talk of the Town make it feel like a home to him.

And, when asked what his favorite menu item is, Cory says “Smoked Quail on Fried Green Tomato with Pickled Onion Marmalade!
