Ryan serves as our Sous Chef at Talk of the Town! He graduated from culinary school in 2009 although he’d already been working with Chef Andrew Brackner since 2008. Ryan then left Talk of the Town to grow as a chef and gain more experience. In 2014, Ryan was welcomed back as our Sous Chef. He adds his energy and professionalism to the Talk of the Town Team, making sure that our events are delicious and innovative.
Shrimp and grits and the Mashed Potato Bar are Ryan’s favorite Talk of the Town menu items.
